Accommodation
Seth Siri Arana has three double rooms. All Three rooms can accommodate a maximum of Six persons. The Three rooms are fully equipped with comforts such as adequate linen, bath-rooms with hot water-showers, hair dryers, Wi-Fi, kettles, tea, coffee and sugar etc. and also include separate balconies.
Restaurant
The restaurant at Seth Siri Arana is open from 6.00 AM to 10.30 PM. Apart from this the resident staff are ready to serve the guests at any time of the day, should the need arise.
Herbal Bar
The Herbal bar at the restaurant open daily from 6.00 AM to 8.00 PM and offers herbal drinks for the guests, free of charge. Guests can enjoy their herbal drinks at their leisure. Drinks will also be served at rooms if this is the preferred arrangement of the guests.
Herbal Garden
Seth Siri Arana maintains a Herbal Garden where several herbs and spices are grown for the purpose of supplying the needs of its Ayurvedic Centre and for the purposes of raising awareness on the herbs and spices among the guests.
Organic vegetables are also grown in the garden for own use and for demonstration and awareness purposes.
Parking
There is adequate parking space available at the Seth Siri Arana premises.
Airport Transfers
All guests will be received at the airport by the Seth Siri Arana staff on arrival. They will also be dropped off at the airport by the Seth Siri Arana staff. The guests will be with the Seth Siri Arana staff throughout their travel between the airport and the Seth Siri Arana. The cost of transportation from the Airport to the Seth Siri Arana and from Seth Siri Arana to the Airport is included in the total program cost.
A comfortable mini-bus, van or car will be arranged for airport pick-up and drop-off. The type of vehicle will be dependent on the number of persons in the group. The journey with a distance of 62 Km by road from the airport to the Seth Siri Arana would take approximately 1 Hour 30 Minutes.
If any guest wishes to enjoy the scenic train ride from Colombo to Ambanpitiya, Kegolle, the Seth Siri Arana will purchase first class tickets for the express train which leaves Colombo at 7.00 AM, daily. Return journey can also be arranged on the train if the guests prefer to travel by train. The Seth Siri Arana staff will accompany the guests when they travel in the train. The train journey will be approximately seven hours whereas the travel by road is about 5 hours which can be commenced soon after the arrival.
If the guests arrive late in the evening and wish to travel to Seth Siri Arana on the following day, home-stay accommodation or hotel accommodation (at Best-Western Hotel, Colombo) can be arranged.
